Tomorrow February 20 is my mothers birthday.How can I forget my Moms birthday. Its one of the dates that I can remember and will remember until my memory fails me.
Mama passed away almost 5 years ago. Although Mama is no longer with us she is definitely hovering around looking after all her 7 children.
There are times when I have problems and I feel a comforting hand or wind behind me and I know Mama is there looking after me.
Since her death I havent even dreamt about her. I have dreamt about my Lola ,my Tita Minnie, Tito Peping and other dead relatives but never about Mama. Maybe its because she is well and happy in the after life.
If she is alive today she would have turned 80 years old. I miss her voice and the special way she calls me by my birth name "Beatriz". Happy Birthday Mama!!! I love you!!!!
